How corrections work
Accuracy matters. If something on Virepedia is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it. Email corrections@virepedia.org with the page URL, the issue, and any supporting source. Our editorial team reviews every request in line with our Corrections Policy and Fact-Checking Policy.
Corrections log
We publicly log material corrections here, with the date and a short description of what changed. This page is updated whenever a material correction is made.
- No material corrections have been recorded yet.
Minor edits vs. material corrections
Routine copy edits (typos, formatting) are not logged. Material corrections — changes to facts such as names, dates, relationships, financial or health-related claims — are logged above and noted on the affected article where appropriate.
How Corrections Are Displayed
When a material correction is made, the affected article is updated and a prominently placed correction notice is added at the top of the article, explaining the change. The notice remains for at least 30 days. This log serves as a permanent record of all material corrections and is retained for a minimum of two years, in line with our Corrections Policy.
