Virepedia’s ethics policy governs our relationships with subjects, sources, readers, and the public. We uphold the highest standards of journalistic integrity.
Independence & Editorial Integrity
Editorial decisions are made solely by the Moody Media AB editorial team, free from any external influence, including from subjects, advertisers, or partners. Our coverage is fair and balanced, with no predetermined angles on any public figure.
Conflicts of Interest
All contributors and editors must disclose any personal, financial, or professional relationship with a subject or related entity. If a conflict exists, the individual recuses from involvement in that article. We publish a note of any material conflict that is relevant to the reader.
Privacy & Minors
We respect the privacy of individuals, especially minors. We do not publish identifying details about non-public children of public figures without overriding public interest justification. Coverage of sensitive issues like addiction or mental health is handled with care, avoiding sensationalism.
Rumour & Speculation
We never present speculation as fact. Any rumour or unconfirmed claim is clearly labelled and accompanied by an explanation of its source and uncertainty. We do not republish rumours from unknown or untraceable sources.
Accountability & Transparency
We are published by Moody Media AB (Org.nr 559287-1478, VAT SE559287147801), headquartered at Tappvägen 20A, 168 78 Bromma, Stockholm, Sweden. Readers are encouraged to contact us at hello@virepedia.org or call with any concerns. We respond to all queries within 48 hours.
